Alcantar and Associates provided general civil engineering and CAD support, including field measurements to confirm locations of buildings and utilities’ view corridors in Town Core. We also identified and noted on map locations any sidewalks that were missing or in poor condition, and we identified private property access over the entire area considered in the Study.
