Alcantar and Associates created the grading, erosion control, roadway, utility layout and site plans for this 103-lot subdivision. In addition to maintaining project scheduling and developing cost estimates, Alcantar’s Project management responsibilities included coordinating the plan approval by leading the design team and participating in neighborhood and government agency meetings. We also coordinated strategy revisions throughout the project and interacted with numerous governmental agencies, businesses, and the general public.
