Alcantar and Associates served as a sub consultant to Fred Cooper Engineers for Civil Engineering support.

Our responsibilities entailed:

• Providing design plans, details and schedule, including site plans, grading and paving plans, profiles.
  
  
• Coordinating schedules for location of key features, drawing notes, technical specifications and markups language for all proposed improvements.
  
  
• Providing construction-quality takeoff on a sheet-by-sheet basis at sixty and ninety percent.
  
  
• Providing MicroStation/CAD drafting support for approximately twenty-five structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
