As a sub consultant providing support to URS throughout Project Management and Preliminary and Final Engineering tasks, Alcantar and Associates’ responsibilities included:

• Utility and formal review meetings with PDOT and BES personnel.

• The development of MicroStation files used by PDOT for streetlight and signal design.

• Creating bid-ready Plan and Profile Plans that included typical sections and details sheets.

• Support for developing Specifications and final Cost Estimates.
