Alcantar and Associates provided a senior level staff person on-site in the OBDP’s design office to support utility coordination for the OTIA III State Bridge Delivery Program.  We coordinated with project consultants, utility companies and ODOT to assure work was completed in accordance with the Program Procedures Manual.
