Alcantar and Associate’s technical staff has performed Storm Water Management and Hydraulic Systems work on numerous transportation/street and site development related projects for the City and other government agencies.

Our staff technical proficiency and experience includes:

• Providing reports with observations, recommendations, photographs, and field notes, including written inputs and outputs, and general analytical constraints and assumptions

• Performing hydraulic analysis, estimation of peak flows

• Roadside channels and storm drain systems

• Providing design recommendations for culverts, bridges, and flood plains

• Providing Stormwater Management Reports reflecting innovative, green infrastructure design recommendations

• Providing water quality monitoring plans with monitoring parameters, methods, and locations and coordinating with local agencies on hydraulic engineering issues

• Closely coordinating with road designers, geotechnical and bridge engineers, and other technical specialists to incorporate hydraulic design features into highway plans, specifications, and estimates
